playa-cobanos02

Flora and fauna are abundant in this interpretative tour of the coast of the Los Cóbanos Protected Area. The walk begins at low tide and leaves from this tour's 1st of many beaches, Los Cóbanos. While the soft waves crash on the shore, you'll be able to see marine life such as crabs, shellfish, coral, seashells and small fish that swim near the shore. The brown sands and blue waters here are also the habitat of seabirds such as pelicans and seagulls. At the end of the tour, make sure you take a swim in the gentle, warm waters of this quiet beach paradise.
